Park Rates

• Monthly
  • 30 Amp – $400/Open or $600/Covered
  • 50 Amp – $440/Open or $640/Covered
• Weekly
  • 30 Amp – $150
  • 50 Amp – $200
• Daily
  • 30 Amp – $30
  • 50 Amp – $40

Monthly fees are to be paid by the third day of the month (to allow for the first day of the month falling on the weekend). If the monthly fees are not paid in entirety, you agree to a $25 late payment charge.

Failure to pay lot usage fees will be deemed your notice to vacate and you agree to leave at checkout time (2pm) of your last paid day.

Rates are subject to change based on 30 days notice.

Park Rules

We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and enjoyment, and the same for our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park at any time without any form of refund.

• SPEED LIMIT: 10 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing and tenants walking!
• QUIET TIME: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. (No loud noises or excess traffic)
• SITE OCCUPANCY: Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite; 2 vehicles.
• No vehicles on jacks, blocks, or under repair for more than 24 hours.
• No parking on the grass between sites.
• Your site is to be kept clean; no excessive items.
• TRASH: Please place all garbage in the dumpster; no trash outside of RV unless in a trash can.
• Behavior:
  • No vulgar language or obscene behavior.
  • No use of illegal substances.
  • No excessive alcohol consumption outside of your RV.
  • No tarps allowed covering RV roof.
  • Pets must be on a leash or in close proximity of you at all times. You must clean up after it!!!

Many of our guests are long‑term tenants. We want our park to be as clean, comfortable, and friendly as possible. Through winter months we will provide a heat lamp for water faucets, but you are responsible for usage to keep faucets from freezing.
