By accessing this website, submitting information, making a purchase, booking a rental, authorizing payment, or using any service offered by Pittsburg RV (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or any Company services.

All advertised prices, rates, promotions, and inventory listings are subject to change without notice. Pricing may exclude taxes, title fees, licensing fees, delivery charges, preparation fees, service fees, deposits, and other applicable charges unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Inventory availability is not guaranteed and all units are subject to prior sale, prior rental, damage, withdrawal from inventory, or other changes in status.
All RV sales are governed by separate purchase documents and transaction-specific agreements. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by Pittsburg RV, vehicles and units are offered and sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, subject only to any applicable written manufacturer warranty or other written warranty expressly provided at the time of sale.
Customer is responsible for inspecting the unit and confirming specifications, condition, and suitability before purchase.
Any deposit may be non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
All rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement that shall control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. By renting from Pittsburg RV, the renter acknowledges and agrees that:
All repair, maintenance, inspection, and service work is subject to shop policies and any written work order or service authorization. Estimates are based upon visible conditions and known information at the time given and are not guarantees unless expressly stated as a fixed-price quote in writing.
Customer authorizes Pittsburg RV to perform approved work and agrees to pay all parts, labor, diagnostic charges, storage charges, supplies, taxes, and related fees.
Pittsburg RV is not responsible for the loss of money, firearms, jewelry, electronics, documents, tools, personal property, or other valuables left in any vehicle, RV, trailer, or unit.
Storage fees may be charged on units not picked up within the time permitted after notice that work is complete.
Pittsburg RV may accept ACH, credit card, debit card, cash, cashier’s check, or other approved payment methods, depending on the transaction type. For certain services, including but not limited to rentals and recurring payment arrangements, ACH may be the required form of payment.
ACH Authorization. By providing bank account information to Pittsburg RV, you authorize Pittsburg RV to initiate ACH debits from your designated account for amounts due under your agreement. You agree to provide accurate account information and, upon request, a valid voided blank check or other account verification documentation. You further agree that authorized ACH transactions may be initiated for scheduled payments, past-due balances, fees, charges, damages, and other sums due under the applicable agreement. You waive the right to dispute authorized ACH transactions except in cases of fraud or error.
In the event of a declined payment, returned payment, or insufficient funds transaction, customer agrees to pay the actual bank NSF fee charged, not to exceed $25, plus an administrative fee of $25 payable to Pittsburg RV.
Late fees, repossession fees, collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs may apply where permitted by law and by contract.
Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, title fees, registration fees, rental taxes, county taxes, filing fees, and other governmental or transaction-related charges. Pittsburg RV will collect and remit taxes as required by applicable law, but the final responsibility for taxes legally imposed on the transaction remains with the customer.
Deposits, reservation fees, service deposits, order fees, and advance payments may be non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Any cancellation, return, refund, or credit request shall be handled according to the transaction-specific agreement and Pittsburg RV policies in effect at the time.
Rental cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees, date-change fees, forfeiture of deposits, or other charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pittsburg RV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, towing charges, lodging expenses, personal inconvenience, or substitute transportation costs arising out of or related to the website, any sale, rental, repair, or other service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pittsburg RV’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the applicable product or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Pittsburg RV for that specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pittsburg RV, its owners, members, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to:
This website and all content, listings, descriptions, photos, pricing information, and materials are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in writing.
Pittsburg RV does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Photos, descriptions, dimensions, floorplans, weights, and features may contain errors, omissions, or manufacturer-supplied inaccuracies and should be independently verified.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, branding, layout, photos, downloadable materials, and design elements, is the property of Pittsburg RV or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed without prior written consent, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any transaction with Pittsburg RV shall be brought exclusively in the state courts serving Camp County, Texas, unless federal jurisdiction is mandatory.
If you fail to pay amounts due, breach any agreement, provide false information, fail to return property, or otherwise default, Pittsburg RV shall have all rights and remedies available under the applicable contract, the Uniform Commercial Code where applicable, and Texas law, including repossession, suspension of services, cancellation, recovery of costs, and legal action.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to pay reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, collection fees, repossession expenses, skip-tracing costs, and other expenses incurred by Pittsburg RV in enforcing its rights.
Pittsburg RV reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective upon posting to the website unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
